The overall demand for dried garlic is increasing year by year, and the United States is the largest importer of dried garlic.
Other fresh or refrigerated garlic, water garlic, garlic prepared or preserved with vinegar or acetic acid, frozen garlic and prepared or preserved garlic products exported a total of 6,800 tons, with an export value of US$12,388,400, a month-on-month increase of 28.3% %, a year-on-year increase of 1.49%.
